Exchange depends on product availability
If the same item is unavailable, store credit may be offered

Refunds are issued only if an exchange is not possible
Refunds are processed as store credit or bank transfer (as applicable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after approval

Customers must ship the item back after approval
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is from our side
